GSA Sponsored IT Services Contract
General Description:
The Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 was established, administered, and managed by GSA to assist federal government agencies with their procurement of IT products, services, and solutions as needed to meet their agency IT missions.
The IT Schedule allows for choice, flexibility, ease of use, and access to quality businesses in the IT arena from small businesses to the industry organizations.
This MAS grants agencies direct access to the commercial experts who can thoroughly address the requirements of the government's IT community through Special Item Numbers (SINs).
Section 211 of the E-Government Act of 2002, authorized the Cooperative Purchasing Program, which assists, state and local government agencies to acquire IT related products and service items from Schedule 70.

Functional Areas:
As a Prime contractor, ATSC can perform services under the following Special Item Numbers (SINs):
- 132-32: Term Software License - Includes operating system software, application software, EDI translation and mapping software, enabled E-Mail message based products, Internet software, database management programs, and other software.
- 132-50: Classroom Training
- 132-51: Information Technology Services - Includes resources and facilities management, database planning and design, systems analysis and design, network services, programming, millennium conversion services, conversion and implementation support, network services project management, data/records management, subscriptions/publications (electronic media), and other services.
- 132-52: Electronic Commerce Services - Includes value added network services, e-mail services, Internet access services, and other data transmission services.
