Contracts, Task Orders and Awards

Prime Contracts

ATSC has the following federal Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWAC), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) task orders, and Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) programs:

  • GSA Schedule 70
    The Information Technology (IT) Schedule 70 was established, administered, and managed by GSA to assist federal government agencies with their procurement of IT products, services, and solutions as needed to meet their agency IT missions.

  • Millennia Lite
    Millennia Lite was established through GSA's, Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) division to provide a variety of professional information technology (IT) support service, which provides for metrics and reporting designed to insure high quality contractor performance. As a solutions based contract, it allows the flexibility to purchase hardware and software commodities affording agencies to obtain complete solutions under one acquisition. This GWAC may be administered by your agency's contracting shop directly via delegation of authority or by GSA. Task orders issued under Millennia Lite are non-protestable.

  • Seaport-e
    Seaport-e is a NAVSEA task ordering contract available to all of the Navy's Systems commands including: NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, NAVFAC, ONR, SSP, SPAWAR, MSC, and the USMC. PMG (now ATSC) is a large business prime on this contract. SeaPort-e enhances the Navy's Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for tailoring services according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions. The methodology of procurement is standardized and automated, providing for amazing new throughput during the task order procurement cycle.

  • MOBIS
    MOBIS is a GSA sponsored multiple award contract which provides management, organizational, and business improvement services to federal civilian agencies, the Department of Defense (DoD), and state government agencies. Specific kinds of supplies related to the service purchased may also be obtained via MOBIS.

  • COMMITS NexGen
    COMMITS NexGen is a solutions based and performance based Government Wide Acquisition Contract initiated by the U.S. Department of Commerce and now administered by GSA. Its performance based design insures that your objectives are clearly defined and that the metrics are in place to promote increased quality control and accountability. As a solutions based contract, COMMITS NexGen enables the delivery of complete solutions without the limitations of fixed line - items or labor categories. It also conveys small business credits to agencies for every dollar spent. Task orders may be competed and awarded for up to 5 years and task orders awarded on COMMITS NexGen are non-protestable. This GWAC may be administered by your agency's contracting shop directly via a delegation of authority or by GSA.
