Dr. Edward H. Bersoff
Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Edward H. Bersoff is the Chairman, President and CEO of ATS Corporation. Formerly, Dr. Bersoff was Chairman, President and CEO of BTG, Inc., an information technology firm he founded in 1982. BTG provided computer-based solutions to government and commercial clients, specializing in analysis and consulting, solutions development, systems integration, and operations and support. BTG was named to the Inc. 500 list of fast growing private companies for three years and the Washington Technology "Fast 50" for four years. In November 2001 BTG was acquired by the Titan Corporation, a NYSE (TTN) listed company. Prior to founding BTG, Dr. Bersoff was President of CTEC, Inc.; earlier, he was Director of Engineering Operations for Logicon's Washington division. Previously, as an officer in the U.S. Army, he was assigned to the NASA Electronics Research Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He also taught mathematics at New York University, Kingsborough Community College in New York, Northeastern and Boston Universities in Massachusetts, and American University in Washington, DC. Pamela A. Little
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Pamela Little has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at ATSC since May of 2007. Ms. Little has over 25 years of experience in companies ranging from privately held startup high technology firms to large publicly-traded multi-national professional services and government contracting firms. Valerie W. Perlowitz
Senior Vice President and Director, Corporate Development
Ms. Perlowitz brings more than twenty five years of hands-on expertise in the development and management of major system integration and operations programs to her role as Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Development of ATSC. She is responsible for organizational design and strategic direction and is a key executive managing M&A activities. Jim Russell
Senior Vice President and Director, Business Development
Jim Russell is Senior Vice President of Business Development for ATSC. Mr. Russell has 25 years of experience in the information technology industry, the past 12 years as a business development professional. His experience includes strategic planning, new business identification, capture management, proposal management and teaming negotiations. Prior to joining ATSC, Mr. Russell served as Senior Vice President for Business Development and Strategic Campaigns for L-3 Communications Intelligence Solutions Division, where he oversaw business development activities for the entire division, managed a pipeline greater than $3 billion and achieved a win rate in excess of 60%. Shannon Brown
Senior Vice President, Civilian Business Unit
Shannon Brown is the Senior Vice President of Civilian Operations at ATSC where she manages a division of information technology professionals dedicated to software development and infrastructure support for a myriad of clients, including the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Department of Education, the Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation, the Architect of the Capitol, the Federal Election Commission and the Department of Labor. Joe Mignogna
Senior Vice President, Defense, Homeland Security, and Public Safety Business Unit
Joe Mignogna serves as Senior Vice President of Defense and Homeland Security Operations at ATSC. In this capacity, Mr. Mignogna manages multiple programs supporting the Departments of Homeland Security, Justice, Army, Air Force, Coast Guard, and the Defense Logistics Agency. Mr. Mignogna also manages the full cycle of business development functions for opportunities within these Agencies, developing cost effective IT-based client solutions. Mike Bonamassa
Senior Vice President, Commercial Business Unit
Mike Bonamassa is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations for ATSC where he manages all of the Company's business in the commercial sector. Mr. Bonamassa joined ATSC in November 2007 when ATSC completed its acquisition of Number Six Software, Inc. where he had served as Chief Operating Officer prior to the transaction.
