Peter Schulte
Mr. Schulte has served as our director since April 2005. He has over 20 years of experience in private equity investing and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Schulte is a Managing Partner and was a founder of CM Equity Partners. Mr. Schulte’s experience includes private equity investing through CMEP since 1992, as well as corporate finance and M&A at Salomon Brothers Inc. beginning in 1983, and prior to that in technology marketing and sales at IBM in its Data Processing Division (DPD) focused on the financial services sector.
Related to his private equity investing activities, Mr. Schulte has established successful publicly traded companies including, ICF International, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICFI), and serves as director of those companies. Mr. Schulte also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of private companies including: 3001 International, Inc. (Chairman), Falcon Communications, Inc., Xebec Global Corporation, RGS Associates, Inc. (Chairman), Laguna Ventures, Inc. and Preferred Systems Solutions, Inc.
Mr. Schulte is a graduate of Harvard College (A.B.) and holds a master’s degree in public and private management (M.P.P.M.) from Yale University. He is currently a member of the boards of Marymount School in New York City and the Rainforest Alliance, and is on the NY Advisory Council of The Trust for Public Land.
